ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older.
Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories & possessions & wherever
prohibited by law. All entries in the GlobalMall.TV dating membership giveaway
promotion will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the email account who is the
natural person assigned the email address.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion period is from the day the first contestant entered
until 10,000 unique email addresses have been entered. The contest then repeats.
HOW TO PLAY: Enter by submitting your email address through the GlobalMall.TV web
page located at http://www.globalmall.tv
SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRY: One winner will be selected in a random drawing.
Each drawing will be conducted within seven days of the end of a given
promotion period.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are 1:10,000 for the first drawing, 1:20,000 for
the second drawing, and so on adding an additional 10,000 entries to each drawing.
RELEASE: By entering the GlobalMall.TV promotion, participants agree, to the fullest
extent permitted under applicable law, to release, discharge and hold harmless
GlobalMall.TV, their affiliates, their respective owners, and representatives from any and
all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses which may arise out of participation in
Promotion or out of the acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes. By participating, you
agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges whose decisions shall be
deemed final and binding.
WINNER NOTIFICATIONS: Potential winners of each drawing will be notified by e-mail
with seven days of the Promotion Period. Three attempts will be made to contact the
winner by e-mail within a 14-day period. If the potential winner fails to respond
within 14 days of the last attempt or if the e-mail attempt is consistently undeliverable,
the potential winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be determined. When
the potential winner's postal address has been obtained they will be notified in writing
by mail. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of
Eligibility/Liability/ Publicity Release within 14 days of date printed on notification or
they will be disqualified. Any notification returned as undeliverable will result in
disqualification. For all failures of potential winners to respond, or undeliverable
attempts as described herein, a new potential winner will be selected at random from among
all applicable entries for that prize drawing. Prizes awarded within 30 days of
receipt of executed affidavits. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes
permission to use winners' names, hometowns, likenesses, prize won and photographs for
online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. GlobalMall.TV
reserves the right to withhold taxes or other payments as deemed necessary or appropriate
to comply with applicable law.
WINNERS LIST. Once a winner has been determined an email will be sent to all
contestants. All winners will be posted on this site after each drawing.
TAMPERING: No responsibility is assumed for error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access
to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment,
electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate
transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of
technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any
combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to
entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or
downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST IS
A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw and
cancel the game if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or
system malfunction impairs its ability to conduct the sweepstakes).
PRIVACY POLICIES / OPT-IN/OPT-OUT: All Participants agree that GlobalMall.TV may
send additional promotional emails or advertisements to all participants as a term of
entering the drawing and will continue to receive promotional emails or offers after the
drawing occurs unless they unsubscribe. Participants who do not unsubscribe
are automatically entered into our next drawing which will take place once an additional
10,000 unique email address have been entered. Participants whose promotional
emails bounce more than two times are removed from the contest and must re-enter in order
to be eligible to win.
PRIZE VALUE / TERMS OF SERVICE OF PRIZE: The dating membership will be a three
month membership for a basic enrollment into a popular online dating service to be
determined at the time of drawing. The winner will be given a choice of dating
services at time of notification. Additional services beyond the initial three month
basic membership are the responsibility of the winner. Total value of prize is
estimated at $75.00.
OTHER PRIZES, INCENTIVES, AND OTHER OFFERS: GlobalMall.TV may at times offer
prizes or incentives in order to gain new entrants into the Dating Membership Giveaway.
Prizes and/or incentives offered at the time of entry are in no way connected
to this contest/drawing and you agree and understand that they are to be considered
separate offers entirely with rules and regulations applied to those offers by the
companies contained within the offer and not by GlobalMall.TV.
